Ms. Bambi Caldwell
Biography
Mrs. Bambi Caldwell is an experienced educator with a strong background in special education and secondary mathematics. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Education from Western Governors University, a Master’s Degree in Special Education from Grand Canyon University, and an Education Specialist degree in Educational Leadership from Liberty University.
Mrs. Caldwell began her DoDEA career in 2018. Her DoDEA journey has taken her to Kadena High School and Fort Campbell High School. In addition to her classroom instruction, she has taken on several leadership roles, including department chair, athletic director, Continuous School Improvement (CSI) team member, and member of the Guiding Coalition supporting Multi-Tiered System of Supports (MTSS) implementation. As an athletic director, she was honored as the 2nd Region Athletic Director of the Year for her leadership in enhancing program logistics, ensuring compliance, and increasing student engagement in athletics.
Mrs. Caldwell’s husband is a retired U.S. Marine who has transitioned into a career as a DoDEA educator. Together, they are immensely proud of their two children—a son and a daughter. Their son, a graduate of DoDEA Pacific South District’s Kadena High School, is currently serving in the United States Marine Corps, while their daughter is pursuing a college degree in Marine Biology. Mrs. Caldwell is passionate about fostering a positive, student-centered school culture that promotes excellence, value, and success for all learners.
